Retail Orders
- Return Period: We accept returns for retail orders within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Exclusions: Grocery items and consumable products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
- Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please ensure all original tags and labels are intact.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund to the original payment method or an exchange based on product availability. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Wholesale Orders
- Non-returnable Items: Wholesale orders are non-returnable unless the item is damaged or missing.
- Damaged or Missing Items: If you receive damaged or missing items, please contact us within 3 business days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to process claims for damages or missing goods.
- Reporting Damage: For damaged items, please provide photographic evidence and a description of the issue when reporting to ensure a quick resolution.
How to Return/Exchange an Item

Shipping Costs
- For retail orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when returning defective or damaged items.
- For wholesale claims, we will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or missing items verified within the 3-business-day reporting window.
